Over the years, she honed her expertise at EM Services Pte Ltd for two decades and subsequently held senior managerial roles at Colliers and Savills.

Returning to EM Real Estate, Balber currently oversees yo:HA hostel and commercial operations. Her responsibilities encompass supervision of the hostel and commercial management team, planning of the marketing strategy, administering the occupancy and arrears management, preparing financial budget and monitoring and reporting on monthly financial performance.

Her extensive skill set spans valuation across land, residential, and commercial properties, with specialised expertise in REITS valuation, collective sale purposes, and feasibility studies for development projects. Balber also excels in property tax matters, market research, rental value assessments, and coordinating property marketing efforts.
